 Instead of cleaning up your teeth, you must brush them thoroughly to remove all the build-up from years of being used under the same stuff. 

 When you brush them, make sure that you cover your tongue with mouthwash and let the toothpaste soak into the gum. Once the saliva dries down, you can leave the toothbrush, and any remaining residue stuck in the tooth.

 In addition, when you are through cleaning your teeth, you should check the interior of your mouth to ensure that there is no damage. That way, you don't have to worry about damaging anything. 

The toothpaste will go in once the water drains out of the tube first. After this, try dabbing some natural perfume onto the tip of your fingers.

 Then, slowly dab it onto your finger and let it dry in your hand while letting your fingers dry first. Do this until both your hands are clean and dry.

 Now that you've washed your mouth, now repeat. 

 Make sure to let the spit dry before doing the same thing on your lips. Once everything comes off, gently place the toothbrush and mouthwash back in your mouth. 

 Allow your lips to dry out on their own. Then, lick the pink nail polish from your finger and rub it into your lips. 

 Wait, you should lick it off. But, again, please hold on. This is not a good idea for every occasion, but it might be nice to wash your mouth from last night to ensure that your lips aren't smudged.

 Make Sure You Eat A Salty Diet

 When it comes to ageing gracefully, there are so many factors involved. Keeping a healthy diet is very hard and tiring. If you follow the rules, this is a simple task. You should read the ingredients on a product and figure out exactly what it contains.

 It will be easier even if you are extremely strict about sticking to a specific diet and only allowing foods you enjoy. However, it is challenging to understand what our body needs and what we should consume. 

If you want to look like you're young again, you should try to eat only protein-based foods. Chicken breast, beef jerky, and tofu are examples of such foods.

 While these are excellent protein sources can only help you look younger once they've turned your face into an apple. Moreover, you certainly can't eat meat or fish every day. 

 Unless you're a vegetarian, you might as well not eat pork or vegetables daily. 

It would help if you ate plenty of grains to gain those nutrients. Also, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. On the upside, eating raw vegetables is very safe, which means you can cut the calories in your meals instead of relying on processed ones. Lastly, drink lots of tea for extra flavour and relaxation. 

 Add one cup of green tea in your morning if you can. Don't try to substitute water for caffeine. If you're serious about losing weight, drinking green tea is the best way.

 Make Use Of Some Natural Sunscreen

 You don't always have to add some chemicals to your skincare routine as well. There are numerous sunscreens on a package for a variety of products.

Whether it is a moisturiser, blush, or lip balm, you can find hundreds of different formulations containing them. However, it would help if you exercise caution when purchasing natural sunscreen.

 Many products are full of toxic compounds, and it might be best not to get in contact with them or consume them after long periods of exposure.

Many products contain cancer-causing substances, so you should avoid them as much as possible to protect your health.
